Inside you'll find hearty, easy-to-prepare emergency meals sealed in Metallyte™ pouches with a 25-year shelf life, including Apple Cinnamon Cereal, Brown Sugar Cereal, Creamy Pasta, Southwest Beans and Rice, Hearty Tortilla Soup, and Whey Milk. A portable stove with fuel tablets means hot meals are possible even when the power is out. Use it outdoors, on a porch, or in an open doorway. Never in a closed room, and never as a source of heat. The meals are prepared in an SQF-certified, FDA- and USDA-registered US facility.

About water, plainly. These meals need water you add, roughly two cups each, and the kit's water pouches won't cover both drinking and cooking. Store a case of bottled water or a few gallons alongside the kit. It's the single most useful thing you can put next to it, and it's the piece most people forget.
