We know you want your kit fast. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.

$8.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping

All orders ship with a standard flat rate shipping of $8.95 per order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your kit ships, you'll get an email with tracking information. That's the best way to follow your delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories - We ship to you too.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window: Changed your mind?

Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

What You Need to Know

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • You're responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
  • Items must be in original, resalable condition for a full refund.
  • If packaging is damaged or product is not suitable for resale, refund may range from 85% to 0% based on our inspection.
  • Opened food, water, or perishable items cannot be returned (unless our error).
  • Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.

Refund Timeline: 

Refunds process within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

Your replacement ships once we've received and inspected the original item.

Defective Products:

  • Found a defect? We'll replace it or refund you - either way, we make it right.
  • Within 30 Days of Purchase: Call us at (810) 218-0950
  • We'll pay return shipping.
  • We'll pay shipping on the replacement.

If We Made a Mistake:

Wrong item? Wrong quantity? That's on us.
We'll send the correct product at no charge and cover all shipping costs.

How to Return or Exchange:

Step 1: Get Your RMA Number
Call (810) 218-0950 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) and shipping instructions.

Step 2: Pack It Up
Eligible returns must:
Be in original, unused condition
Include all original packaging
Include all parts, accessories, and instructions


Then:
Write your RMA# on the packing slip and outside of the box
Include a copy of your original invoice
Use the same carrier that delivered your order
Save your tracking number

Important: We can't accept COD shipments. Gear Up Survival Kits is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Step 3: We'll Take It From There
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Our Maximum Liability

For defective or damaged products, we'll replace the item or issue a refund. We do not accept claims for consequential damages beyond the product cost.
