Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. Every Gear Up Survival Kit is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Refund, replacement, or fix... whatever restores your peace of mind.

Q: How long does the guarantee last?

Our satisfaction guarantee covers your purchase for 30 days from delivery. It applies to unused products kept in their original condition.

Q: What's covered under the guarantee?

Manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or missing components are fully covered. We handle the issue quickly and at no cost to you.

Q: What's not covered?

We can’t guarantee results from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Opened food, water, or perishable supplies are excluded for safety reasons.

Q: How do I request a guarantee claim?

Contact us by phone or email within 30 days:

Phone/Text: (810) 218-0950

Email: support@gearupsurvivalkits.com

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (a quick photo helps).

Q: Will you pay return shipping for guaranteed items?

Yes. If we’re at fault - defect, damage, or packing error - we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Q: Do you guarantee the contents in long-term storage?

Yes. Every food and water item carries a printed expiration date, typically 5 years, up to 25 on our long-storage meals and everything ships well within its shelf life. Beyond that, our Shelf Life Promise applies: if any item ever fails before its printed date, contact us and we'll replace it free. We recommend checking your kit twice a year; our How Often to Check or Refresh Your Kit guide makes it quick.
