Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. Every Gear Up Survival Kit is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Refund, replacement, or fix... whatever restores your peace of mind.

Q: How long does the guarantee last?

Our satisfaction guarantee covers your purchase for 30 days from delivery. It applies to unused products kept in their original condition.

Q: What's covered under the guarantee?

Manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or missing components are fully covered. We handle the issue quickly and at no cost to you.

Q: What's not covered?

We can’t guarantee results from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Opened food, water, or perishable supplies are excluded for safety reasons.

Yes, within reason. Food and water items follow the manufacturer’s stated shelf life, typically 5–25 years. We guarantee that all items you receive are within their valid shelf-life period when shipped.
